He ensures that the torbicularis oculi muscle is not traumatized or traversed, which means that his patients do not experience the appearance of a so-called \u201ceye round\u201d that can be seen after classic blepharoplasty techniques.<\/p><p>In our eyelid surgeries we eliminate fat pads without leaving a scar by working inside the eyelid through the pink tissue (called conjunctiva). In doing so, we avoid cutting the muscle that moves the lower eyelid. This preserves the natural setting of the eyelid. Also in this technique, we correct the tear trough (the distinct junction between the eyelid and the chick), by repositioning \u00a0the orbicularis muscle of the eye and use a micro fat
